The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness using digital storytelling towards students’ speaking ability based on gender classification. samples were two classes class IX students from MTsN 1 Kediri. experimental group was Class IX-G, and control IX-I. Both pretest posttest set used as research instrument. To determine media utilized, ANCOVA analysis used, an independent sample T-test differences. study's findings revealed teach evidenced by sig.=.0000<.05. Further proceeded story telling As sig. =.003.05., effective in teaching female students. Meanwhile, male not empowered.
